Rod helped me with my home equity line of credit from start to finish. I was always informed via email, text and phone calls on what’s the next process or what to expect next. Rod always responded promptly to my questions/concerns. The tools to e-sign or upload nessecary documents was very user friendly especially on a smart phone. The final fixed rate was better than my own credit union bank offer. I highly recommend Rod to anyone!

We had a great experience working with Rod and his team at Guaranteed Rate. He was always very easy to get a hold of, which is so important. He always took time to explain the process and kept me updated every step of the way. The online application process was extremely easy, and the amount of information I needed to provide was minimal. I will definitely use Rod again if I ever buy another home!
Like Rod and the loan program he secured for us was very competitive. And the Lender's closing costs were below market. But the loan application and approval process was not smooth. Although I hear from many homeowners that post-banking (Dodd Frank) legislation, it has not been easy or smooth to secure a loan even with stellar credit. Nonetheless, the final result was very good and I credit Rod and Guaranteed Rate with that.
We were so glad to be connected with Rod for the 2nd time we purchased a home in our lives - I wish we had worked with him the first time around. Rod pulled out all the stops, including meeting with us on a weekend and going above and beyond to come up with creative solutions when we hit a snag.
