Rod was efficient and straightforward with the whole process. Always available by phone if I had questions. Always let me know what I need to provide and how to get it to him. Regular updates came direct from him or his staff letting me know if there was anything they were waiting on from me. Overall a low-stress transaction, closing on time.
I had the pleasure of working with Rod for the 2nd time. This transaction was a delayed financing and Rod gave me the best rates and terms for the loan. He and his team are very responsive and all emails/texts are replied to promptly.

Obtaining a mortgage in this day and age requires providing an incredible amount of information, and even when you think you've finally satisfied all requirements, it seems underwriting can always find something more that they want. Rod was incredibly patient and served as a stabilizing go-between as the challenges of responding to the demands of the underwriters became, at times, frustrating.
