All the paperwork, gathering of information and personal contact with me was done in a very professional manner. Rod was very detailed and overlooked the process on a consistent basis. He asked for information I didn't feel was necessary but explained why it was required (mostly by government regulations and company policy). I have refinanced and mortgaged houses in the past, but I could see that the whole financial process is now more scrutinized than ever.
