This makes the second time I have used Rod to get me financed on a home purchase. My credit which less than stellar and other issues that would give other lenders heartburn, He works his magic and we get through it and if I ever need another loan he will be my first call.

we got the loan in a timely manner. we weren't presented with any options. there was a misunderstanding about how I wanted to do my funding. it was complicated a bit by us being out of the country shortly before closing. That might explain the minimal delay in closing. we wanted a mortgage and we got a mortgage - pretty much everything else is 'who cares' at this point. alls well that ends well.
