Roger is great to work with. He explained everything in detail and was completely transparent throughout the process. When I contacted him he was very responsive. What I wasn't as thrilled with was I had to be my own advocate for getting the best interest rate. Had I not comparison shopped we'd have a higher rate. I also felt it was a little unorganized the week before our close, our loan process was on vacation. Had I not called to check on things I feel we may have missed close target.
