The lady that helped me was very nice as I was looking to replace a necklace that my wife got me on one of our cruises. They had a similar style that I like and it was $400!!! That was the least expensive one they had and she told me because it was solid gold. I was not looking to spend that much so I didn't buy. I expected an outlet to have less expensive options. This was my first time shopping at Rogers & Hollands. The store manager, Victor, was extremely helpful! I went in looking for a chain for my husband, they unfortunately didn't have the size that I was looking for but Victor ordered it in for me. He called as promised when the chain came in and it came in exactly when he said it would. I will definitely be a returning customer!

I had the pleasure of being helped by Micah with purchasing my first real piece of jewelry. I bought 1/2 carat diamond earrings as a gift for myself, as I had recently graduated with my MS in Psychology. Victor is a great salesperson. He took the time to show us engagement rings. He explained the difference on the diamonds and quality of the rings I tried on. He was a great help on helping me select a ring. He took his time. He didn't rush us for the sale. He explained the warranty on each ring. He had an answer to every question we had. Very knowledgeable. Great customer service skills. Great person to do business with. Very satisfied with my selection. I recommend this place and Victor Fernandez.

This is one of the best jewelry stores I've ever been to! The staff was friendly, wasn't pushy on selling me anything, and gave phenomenal customer service. Ask for Victor Fernandez he's incredible! I honestly came in not having any knowledge on diamonds and he literally took the time to give me a crash course on them! He took the time to get to know my girl and I, and to really help us decide what we loved. Now I know what I want and who to see!!! Thanks Victor!!!
