Highly recommend Rogers & Hollands for any future purchases you need to make! Victor was SO helpful, helped my boyfriend and I pick out a beautiful ring, I'm beyond excited and extremely happy with our purchase! Well for sure be back for anything else we may need!!

I love going to this store Victor and the staff here are very enjoyable to deal with alway helpful and eager to please !. And the music is great here.Victor helped my fiancé and I pick out the perfect engagement & wedding rings his selection he showed us was very nice but he was observant in what I liked and found the perfect ring ! went in to pay on a bill and get my bracelet fixed, the ladies got to chit chatting about the reality program Love and Hip Hop, and then Victor chimed in, not only is he well knowledgeable about the best quality of diamonds and styles that match uniquely with the customer, but he also keeps updated on the happenings in the lives of the reality stars. The whole team made our experience enjoyable and it's easier to spend money with service you care for. Looking forward to new Rings, earrings, bracelets, and watches!
This was absolutely the best jewelry store that I've ever been too. My roommate and I went to look at rings yesterday and Victor and Deisy had the best customer service of about 6 stores that we visited. They didn't just try to sell us rings. They educated us, were honest, friendly, and they were able to give us exactly what we were looking for. They sell higher end jewelry than most stores, but you get what you pay for. I would recommend this store and Victor & Deisy to anyone.
My husband and I were shopping for engagement rings when we decided to stop in and browse, but we had no intention of actually making such an important purchase through a mall chain store. If it could be 0 I'd give them 0 stars. We ordered earrings from them that showed up not even matching and the earring backs do not stay on. We messaged them about getting them replaced and every time they take 3-5 business days to respond, which quickly ticked down our window to return them. They found replacement earrings to send back, but did not make sending our copy back easy. They finally sent us a label after they expected for them to be back. Terrible experience with them and theyre stupid policies, i bought an engagement ring for my fiancé, when we went to get it sized according to the manager i would have to wait six weeks to get it back, which made us change plans for our engagement photo shoot. The only EXCUSE they had was that it was because i bought the extended warranty and it would be voided it was done there or at theyre local shop, i really regret buying the ring there.
