If it could be 0 I'd give them 0 stars. We ordered earrings from them that showed up not even matching and the earring backs do not stay on. We messaged them about getting them replaced and every time they take 3-5 business days to respond, which quickly ticked down our window to return them. Terrible experience with them and theyre stupid policies, i bought an engagement ring for my fiancé, when we went to get it sized according to the manager i would have to wait six weeks to get it back, which made us change plans for our engagement photo shoot. The only EXCUSE they had was that it was because i bought the extended warranty and it would be voided it was done there or at theyre local shop, i really regret buying the ring there.
