It's been nearly 25 years since I stopped at Rolland Martin's Marina. It just keeps getting better.
This place is awesome!! Cant wait to go back! I remember pulling into the parking lot in the first morning I was ever there and Scott Martins boat and truck was right outside... I was like Holy Sh*t!!! This weekend is going to be sick! Very helpful staff. Long sidewall tie for yachts. Reasonable diesel price, and 10 cents off per gallon if you purchase over a hundred gallons. Captain Sam is the dock master, he'll take good care of you!
My husband likes to bass fish so to get an early bite we decided to stay the night at Roland's. Very clean rooms, quality bedding, coffee maker in room as well as hair dryer and iron. I was pleasantly surprised. We went for drinks at the tiki bar very inexpensive for the quality. Live band and altogether a good evening. Breakfast Buffett not so good. My brother and I booked two half-day trips with Capt. Terry Garrels late October. Terry was a terrific guide who put us on the bass both days, resulting in about 70 fish total--including two 7 lbs plus that my brother and I caught (mine day 1 and his day 2). We didn't stay at the resort hotel since we had points for the Best Western, but we did spend lots of time at the Tiki Bar. Just finished my 2 day fishingtrip on lake okecobee with guide ed steadley from roland martins marina . Had an excellent time on the water and at the Tikibar on the marina. Great food and cozy atmosphere The ladies at the marina store are very friendly and helpful. Overall a topnotch experience Wilfred from the Netherlands Holland
Had a great outing with Mr. Mann during the month of July. Wish I can get out there during the cooler months.
