My Friend Sean Weekes and I went fishing today with Capt. Jerry Ware. It was a blast! We caught quite a few. Sean's big one was 7.8 and mine was 5.6. It was a great day and Capt. Jerry is one of a kind. He's a very patient, knowledgeable teacher and we had a lot of fun with him. I highly recommend you go out with him!!! Thanks Capt. Jerry! See you again soon!
We stay at Rolands every time we go to Okeechobee. The Rooms are clean, and located right next to the covered boat slips . Tiki Bar restaurant has great food and boat slips so u can drive your boat to the restaurant. Rolands marine center has all the new and modern tackle u could want for fishing, + all the staff at Rolands are friendly a nd helpful. Love the resort, however only gave 3 star because of the dining at the Tiki hut. Over priced, terrible service and cheque completely wrong. otherwise the rest of the place amazing.
