Roland and the team over there made the process super easy and really stress-free. I can’t say enough good things about them. My first house getting closed with a different company was a nightmare; they had to delay closing twice and then on the rescheduled day they still were late getting all docs sent over. There wasn’t a single issue with Roland’s team. Everything was well explained to us and we had everything squared away and ready for closing well in advance. I won't work with anyone else but Roland in the future.

Roland was my loan officer, and I found him to be extremely professional, responsive, and an overall calming factor in what is by nature a stressful process. He went above and beyond by connecting me with other resources in his network such as insurance providers, home inspectors, and Home Equity partners, just to name a few. I would definitely recommend working with him and Guaranteed Rate again, and look forward to using them again personally in the future!

Roland and his team at Guaranteed Rate did a fantastic job with the purchase of my first home. Roland was able to find the best grant program for me. This grant program paid for my closing costs. Knowing this was taken care of, relinquished a lot of stress and pressure of purchasing a home. Roland kept communication open throughout the process. He was very informative and clear with what needed to take place. From execution to closing on time, he was on point!

Working w/ Roland has made the purchase of our first home so much easier. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable of all the ramifications associated w/ obtaining a loan, he conveys a clear description of the whole process to obtain a loan. He "holds your hand" during the whole process and has your interest in mind. I highly recommend Roland!

Roland was amazing!! With this my first house I had a lot of questions. Roland was there to answer them all no matter how simple or complicated. He always returned my calls, emails and texts in a timely manner making communicating an ease.
