Roland was very helpful in this process for me. This was my first home and could get overwhelmed, but he made it a little easier. He was always willing to answer questions I had promplty, even if technically they were out of his job description. I would recommend Roland in the home buying process to anyone.

Roland knew listened carefully to our hopes and expectations for refinancing. He addressed our concerns and asked questions that pushed us to understand more fully what we were getting into. He knew what situations were common and what the inspector would look for, helping us get ready and present our house at its best. We got better than we hoped in our appraisal as a result of Roland's help. We couldn't be happier with Roland. He knows his stuff. We'd wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone interested in financing a loan.

I went through Warsaw Federal and Roland Weissman was very thorough and efficient. He explained everything that could be a hinderance, the steps needed to address them, and communicated in a timely fashion. This was my first home purchase and he made the overwhelming loan application process a compartmentalized to-do list that seemed much less intimidating. Roland was truly an awesome guy to do business with. As a first time home buyer, I didn't understand a lot of the process. And he was there every step of the way. We refinanced our house in December of 2015. Despite being a busy time of year for everyone, throughout the process Roland was readily available for any questions we had about the process. He took time to meet with us in person to look at the various options for refinancing.
