Roland is a true professional....not only did he offer professional and courteous service but he came in with a much lower rate than his competitors and walked us through every step of the home buying/mortgage process. A true gentleman, a man of honor and courage.

Roland is highly knowledgable in the mortgage business. He is very friendly and respectful of clients. I have worked with mortgage officers before. Roland Weissman is by far the best. His follow through is very impressive. But above all, he is very helpful. He took time to explain everything to me. I am very impressed and will definitely recommend future clients to him.

I can't even begin to express how impressed my husband and I were with Roland's service and expertise as he guided us through the purchasing process of our dream home. Roland did an outstanding job for us. We have bought many houses and he was by far the best mortgage broker we have had. Roland answered all our questions in a timely manner,was efficient with getting all the paper work done by the closing,and got us the best mortgage rate. My husband and I would highly recommend Roland and we will absolutely use him again the next time we by a house!

Roland was recommended to us. I have to say that in all the mortgage loan application processes we've been through, this was by far the easiest, least stressful, and thorough one we've done. Roland kept us informed as to loan status every step of the way and if it can be said that applying for a mortgage is a non-event, that was the case here. We would highly recommend him to you. Oh - by the way, we got a great rate as well!

From the first moment I contacted Roland, he was very responsive and accessible. Whenever I had a question, I felt comfortable reaching out to him and always knew he'd get an answer to me in a timely manner. I really appreciated how Roland would periodically check-in with me to make sure all of my questions were answered and I felt comfortable with the process. I was very nervous about buying a house but Roland made all the decisions I had to make and the paper work very easy to understand. He behaved like a teacher more than a businessman. I think he is the best qualified person I have met in the real estate financing business. I would recommend him to everyone who needs financing.

When purchasing a home for the second time I had the pleasure of working with Roland Weissman, who treated me with a high level of care and attention that was really unexpected from a loan advisor. He took the time to explain my options and helped my husband and I feel fully involved in the entire process. Buying a house always involves a lot of butterflies in the stomach, and having a loan advisor who always helped us understand the fine print and make the best decision for us saved as a TON of anxiety. Two thumbs up :-)
