Office staff are incredibly rude! Dr. Harrison was quick and straight to the point, and the other ladies in the back were very nice and helpful. My wife's surgery is Tuesday, so I'll have more of an update on the medical treatment after that. Dealing with the unprofessionalism and rude behavior of the front office staff, especially the lady whom we've been in contact with over insurance (private insurance) and scheduling, will definitely deter us from ever recommending or returning once this surgery is complete. We realize that we are just one patient, but your administration doesn’t benefit your patients. The administration function of your practice is a nightmare. After being totally disgusted, we reached out to another entity. Within a matter of ONE day, we were provided with the services your organization couldn’t coordinate in a months time.
I saw Dr Washington on a Friday he did nothing for my pain. he took two x-rays and gave me a cortisone shot. by the end of that day and through the weekend I was crawling on my hands and knees. i came back over the weekend paid more money for him to just literally look at me and tell me I need an MRI. I ended up in the emergency room because the pain was so bad. I was referred to another orthopedic surgeon to find out I have a tear in my medial minscus and bone on bone arthritis. Doctors won't own up to their mistakes.
Joseph Cox. He has been the first doctor to finally point out there is something not right about me. I’ve been to MANY doctors and all say there is nothing.
My son was seen by Dr. Brown yesterday and we were in and out of the office very fast. He was professional but I do wish he would have addressed his problems a bit more in depth and explained it to my son. I would understand if my son was young but he is 16 and not a child. He said my son needed to do stretches to help with his knees, etc and was basically shipping him off to physical therapy. He didn’t want to take the time to show him any. Dr Meadows is a great Doctor. He’s very concerned about his patients and he appears to be very knowledgeable. I’ve had no problems since my surgery. His nurse is very friendly and knowledgeable also. I would recommend them.
