I have no problems with Dr. Leo's who performed my surgery. The office staff at both locations each times I've talked too, or been in the office, have been horrible. They are rude and have made several problems throughout this process.
This was one of the worst experiences we ever had! Dr. Burks misdiagnosed my husband and lied in his charting! My husband is now getting the answers he needs and the medical care he deserves as an active duty service member! We will be addressing the lies that we're charted and in our opinion the disposable care he received that caused him to continue to be in excruciating pain because according to Dr. Burks my 25 year old husband is too young to have the back issues he is having that the CT scan showed!
The absolutely longest wait times of any doctors office I have been to. After 2.5 hr wait doctor gave me 2 minutes of his precious time, and didnt really listen to anything I said... disappointing at best. 2 follow up visits were the same. They want you here on time so you can spend hours in the waiting room�
