I went because of a torn bicep, and after two X-rays and an MRI Dr Noblin determined at my age 73, it would not be the best choice to have surgery, so I am pleased to know it will only be a minor discomfort for a month or so and then no more problem.
The only thing I didn't like was the 2 1/2 hours waiting time . Once I was inside it was very fast. As a matter of fact it was so fast they forgot to ask me what pharmacy I use to call in my meds
I had an excellent experience the first time I went for my injection but the second time I was injected by a nurse practitioner that stuck me twice and to low It was awful! I will only allow the MD to inject me from now on.
If I could give zero starts I would. Dr Harrison is a WORKER COMP DOCTOR. Now, I am only speaking towards worker comp.I do not know how he is if you are paying him with your private insurance. I have never in life experience things such as I have being injured on the job. The first time I saw him. He walked into my room asked what is wrong. I've had two surgeries by Dr. Harrison and several visits with Dr. Burks .I couldn't be more pleased with both and I love Dr. Harrison's nurse Shelly . She the best . I will recommend them to anyone. 👍👍
Someone there must know what they are doing. I was walking around my hospital room the morning after dr. Noblin performed a total knee replacement on my left leg. 8 days after surgery I was riding my Electra Glide Standard. In just under two months, after surgery, I rode a Harley Davidson Ultra Classic over 1,500 miles, in 27 hours, to Sturgis South Dakota for the rally there. Much credit should go to his nurse practitioner Jason, as well.
I had a bad first and last experience. I read all the great reviews and thought this would be the place for me. I called on a Monday to make an appointment and was amazed when the lady I spoke to said that they could get me in "tomorrow" at 9:45am. I took the appointment. On Tuesday, I drove almost an hour to the Gulfport office. When I got there I was told that my appointment wasn't until Wednesday. No confidence in staff or Dr. Burks. I was rushed thru the whole process. The only staff that was decent was the girl who took my weight and height. I didn't even get the first page filled out before they called me back. I was rushed thru that.. I told the doctor about my elbow and he dismissed it. I was already diagnosed in the past of tennis elbow and when I told him about it feeling like glass he dismissed it.
