We weren't sure what it would take to get solar on our house as it was a older place. After the initial visit we found out we had to upgrade our panel. Solar Optimum was able to help get our system installed and our home upgraded all at the same time. They did the work very neat and I would highly recommend them to all.
From the very start it was a pleasure to work with Solar Optimum. During my initial call, before anyone came out, everything was explained to me so thoroughly it made it easy for me to understand the process. The crew arrive on time and were finished that same day. I would recommend Solar Optimum to anyone interested in an actual conversation. I met with my consultant and we sat through an hour long Q&A with them. I had many questions I needed answers to since I had heard the pitch from other companies. They were nice enough and informed enough to provide the answers I needed and established my trust early. My system is now providing me with the benefits of going green.
I decided that I was done paying my monthly electrical bills since we had some more family move in. My usage had gone up and with it the bills. After trying to manage it for a few months I decided solar could help bring my cost down. I met with Solar Optimum who showed me how solar would lower my bills and same me money .... two things that anyone would want. They set up my system in about 2 months and have gotten rid of my bills and my worries.
When I first started with Solar Optimum, I had some issues with the contract but the company had now tried to work things out and even come to work out the issue so I am happy to start a new relationship with this company and looking forward to the next 25 years of solar power.
A lot of my friends and co workers were talking about going solar or had already done so. After hearing the highs and lows I knew what I was looking for. I met with 3 companies to make my choice and decided Solar Optimum was the best for me. They offered very good pricing and the people there always had a good attitude when I called. The customer service is the best I have seen.

The install was very fast and the crew took so much care of my roof. I recommended my friends at work after showing my house to them.
I got a lot more than just solar panels from Solar Optimum. I got to learn a lot about solar the process and how it worked. I had a lot of information I did not have before. It was great to own a solar system that saved me money month after month but it was better to know that the people installing my system were that knowledgeable about every step.
