I started to see a lot of my friends and family putting solar panels up on their homes. I always thought solar was only for those who could afford it or had major needs. I found that neither one of my fears were true. Solar has been a big help to my family and me since we have installed it. There hasn’t been a day that hasn’t made me happier with my choice to eliminate my utility bill.

Solar optimum in my experience did an A+ job on setting up our solar system on our home. From beginning to end, their communication through the entire process was great-- at times, over-communicating which was not necessary but appreciated. Our solar system job has 20 panels for a 7KW system on our west and south roof. The system is running like a well oiled machine and we're ready for the summer. After7 months of processing since 09/2025 to 04/2026 the solar system was completed and pass all inspection & regulations. The system wasn’t working at all. Solar Optimum technician diagnosed the System found faulty circuit breaker so he replaced it, next day Solar Optimum agent called me to get a permission to send two more technicians to inspect the system, I was like ok cool , next day they found six panels wasn’t even connected that’s really making me disappointed. Was in the talks about getting solar for my house and had the forms signed and submitted before the itc went away spoke to numerous people from this company and said my project was going forward waiting on site inspection never came then became hard to get a hold of someone fast forward to today and still no word
Very quick to respond to quote and send contract. Then, once signed, completely dropped - no support, no service, no solar.
The system they put up on top of my roof is not putting out enough energy for my needs. The salesman misled me and lied to me about the refund process and they've already had it come out and replace the whole panel and I'm not getting compensated for any payments that I have paid
