Our solar system is great! We installed it before the long summer months. We had a chance to talk to Sean from Solar Optimum and he educated us on so much more than we wear aware of. At the end it was almost a mistake not to go solar. We installed a high functioning system that was able to get me out of the red. I now use my devices without the fears of a bill at the end of the month.
Solar Optimum was recommended to us by a friend, who recently had solar installed. We had already talked to a few other companies, but we weren't really happy with any of them - but Solar Optimum was different! They are a breath of fresh air in an industry with so many crooks, and they have been around for a long time, which proves that they do good and honest business! The Crew that came out to our house was top notch. They set up quickly and got right to work. They worked through the day and got my entire system installed. I had some questions that they were able to answer right then which made me feel good knowing they were educated in their field. The system looks great and works better since my bills are almost gone.
Great, Trustworthy company! Alex, my solar rep, made it a point to explain everything to us before we made any decisions, which we don't experience that often. I have an unusual roof situation but Alex and his engineers were able to recommend some work around and I'm getting nearly 93% coverage. Customer service was great, A+ and 5-Star rating has been earned.
I called Solar Optimum after having met with a handful of companies previously. I had narrowed down what I was looking for an approached them with my ideas. The panels I wanted were no longer available but they were soon able to come up with a better solution that satisfied my needs and provided me with a higher end system. I was thrilled that instead of dismissing the whole thing they found a way to work with me. I Highly recommend this company for having green energy.
Solar Optimum crew was super efficient. I liked the way they got my project done in a short amount of time and with no errors. Solar Optimum provided me great service while installing my system. I had input on every step along the way which was refreshing. Usually I am kept in the dark until it comes time to pay. The process was very thorough and my system has almost rid me of a utility bill.
