For the longest time now I have heard a lot of buzz about solar. I kept noticing panels on people homes but never researched enough to find out. Solar Optimum provided me great service while installing my system. I had input on every step along the way which was refreshing. Usually I am kept in the dark until it comes time to pay. The process was very thorough and my system has almost rid me of a utility bill.
It is obvious that Solar Optimum has been around for a while, because they know everything you need to know about the benefits of solar - and then some. The installation of our system was great. The crew came over and was in and out within the day. They had everything set up and as soon as we got the approval from the utility we were ready to be saved from our high peak bills during the summer. Our consultant was a pleasure to deal with and was reachable when we had questions. I wouldn't think twice to refer them to friends of mine.
After meeting with many companies and hearing a lot of the same things we started to lose faith in the fact that solar was going to work for us. We had a complicated roof that many companies simply shied away from. We talk to very knowledgeable gentleman at Solar Optimum who made our dreams finally became reality. They were able to find a solution to my roofing dilemma and setup a system that would provide me the savings I wanted. Very pleased with our new solar system. The panels actually look great on the roof and this summer, I calculated that I saved close to $1100 in 3 months on utility savings. Sean was our solar rep and he explained everything all the way through installation and turning on the system. Had a minor delay with switching it on but overall, it turned out to be a great decision. Solar Optimum is professional and I have already referred my neighbors to them.
I was looking for an experienced solar installer and consultant to walk me through the energy process. Excellent customer service! They made everything clear for us from the beginning and kept their promises. No surprises during the process, and the installation crew worked fast and cleaned up nicely after they were done. we are very very happy with them!
