Solar Optimum delivered amazing service from start to finish. Everyone I interacted with was incredible. Very professional and detail oriented from my initial contact with them after finding them on Yelp all the way to the commissioning and turning on my solar system. I recommend them highly for offering a competitive price and warranty for the Panasonic panels along with the inverter and definitely for their top notch customer service.
The whole process of getting solar panels can be quite extensive. We started with months and months of research - and then from our first consultation to after installation, it all went smooth. I met with Ivan Pinzon when I decided to go solar. His energy, knowledge and enthusiasm for solar energy is apparent. We spent about an hour "geeking out" as he demonstrated variations of solar array and how it might impact my energy use in the future. He listened well and was very patient with multiple questions during his site visit and later via email.
The lease option really allowed to get the system I was looking to get. The payments were simple and easy to maintain. The additional rebates we were able to pass on really lowered the price even more making the decision to go solar very easy. I now get to use my appliance carefree and my bills are more manageable than ever.
