installation of furnace Salesman and confirmation email said installers would be here by 9AM. Installers 2 hours late. Told it would take 3 - 4 hrs took 8 hrs. It was a straight forward job, as we already had an energy efficient furnace and the installers even said it would only take 3 - 4 hours. Changed our thermostat, new one doesn't work right. Wunners of My Home's Furnace Olympics I applied online for a price and date of delivery for a new furnace: 11 a.m. They called in 1 hour - and said a rep was nearby and could meet at 3 p.m.!
