With a nod to Atco Gas for the referral, we used their Rumi service for repair to our furnace, as it was short cycling. This means that the furnace kept restarting during the heating cycle, causing wear and tear. it took the technician approximately an hour to identify the problem and the new part in. Disconcerting part, was that no matter what part needed replacing, the price was going to come to $1000 or more, we were informed. installation of furnace Salesman and confirmation email said installers would be here by 9AM. Installers 2 hours late. Told it would take 3 - 4 hrs took 8 hrs. It was a straight forward job, as we already had an energy efficient furnace and the installers even said it would only take 3 - 4 hours. Changed our thermostat, new one doesn't work right. One installer, Phillip, knew his stuff, but the helper didn't, and the helper was the one who did the thermostat, by himself. They cleaned up real good and looks like they did a go... read more

Wunners of My Home's Furnace Olympics I applied online for a price and date of delivery for a new furnace: 11 a.m. They called in 1 hour - and said a rep was nearby and could meet at 3 p.m.! furnace repair Our furnace was not providing heat. I was very pleased with the service of Furnace Family right from the pleasant and knowledgeable receptionist to our service technician, Jeff, who fixed our problem quickly and didn't mind me looking over his shoulder.
