RecommendedYesterday our furnace wasn’t working, I called and spoke to Christine who set me up with a technician that was at our house within 3 hours. Prior to Jerry, the technician arriving at our house I received a text with his name and photo. Jerry was very efficient and explained to us about furnace and some useful hints how to get it to work better for us. We will definitely be calling on them again in the future for any furnace or hot water tank issues. Great customer service.

RecommendedHighly recommended. Was referred by a friend but I still tried to do my due diligence in obtaining 2 to 3 other quotes before deciding. One company was approximately $1,000 more for a lower end model furnace than what I wanted and ended up going with. Another company cancelled on me twice and I ended up advising them that I was no longer interested in getting their quote and another company couldn't even be bothered to call me back to set up an appointment for a quote. RecommendedWe had them install a new furnace and they were fantastic to deal with. It was all very straightforward and stress free. If there was a little hiccup, they were right on top of rectifying it. I would highly recommend them.
RecommendedWe left a message on their site when our furnace was not working properly and they called early the following morning. Jeff came out an hour after their call and fixed the problem. Jeff was very friendly and made you feel like part of the family. Jeff let me know what he was doing, checking and how to correct the problem. Customer service was above and beyond. I would highly recommend them to family and friends.
