Furnace Maintenance Technician checked furnace and fixed leaking from vent. He was quick and show up on time
Furnace Replacement and AC Had Dave out to give us a price he noticed many things other pushy sales guys missed. I was promised a great job and boy did they deliver, even stayed late to explain the new furnace. This is great old school service.. Bravo !! Highly recommend this company!!

Furnace maintenance Annual check up. We first met Jeff when he responded in the evening to fix our Grand daughter's furnace while she was on vacation. Excellent work and service. Fixed the problem there and then came and worked on ours. Highly recommended!
Air conditioner repair Richard came out to fix a problem with my air conditioner. He was very knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the problem . He also noticed and fixed a wiring issue with my humidifier that could have caused major problems. My brother used and recommended Family Furnace and I would now also recommend.
Furnace Repair Jeff is awesome. He works fast and doesn't try to sell us stuff that we don't need. We would recommend Furnace Family to oir friends and family.
Move air conditioner unit We needed our unit moved so we could better use our patio space and reduce noise. Some Homestars companies didn't even respond. Furnace family responded, friendly and quickly. Came out and reviewed our request, quoted same day and pricing was on the nose for our budget. Quickly booked them, and Jeff arrived on time as promised, finished the job in the time he said. New Furnace Installation We had a new furnace, 2 hot water tanks, humidifier and an air conditioner installed a few days ago. The fellows that came out were excellent... Ross/Matt/Rick. They were very professional, polite and did a superb job! They worked late to ensure everything was done and then Ross reviewed everything with us, i.e. how everything works, etc. He took his time and answered all our questions. We are extremely happy we chose the Furnace Family!
