furnace replacement we bought a townhouse and found one of the things it had to offer was a lennox furnace that was 37 years old. An inspection unearthed the fact that the heat exchanger was cracked and it needed to be replaced. Furnace and A.C. install Furnace Family gave me a fair quote and arrived on time to do the work. The company that originally installed the furnace, air conditioner, and hot water tank did a poor job. Matt and Iannik corrected what had been done wrong and made it look like a professionally done job. Thank you Furnace Family!!!

Furnace Installation Needed a new furnace, and chose the furnace family due to great reviews. Matt and Ross installed a new furnace and explained the related adjustments in my home to provide the most efficient operation of the equipment. I'd highly recommend them to friends and family.
Furnace and water heater replacement Price is fair -workers were pleasant, professional and on time. As a service and install manager myself I was impressed. They called prior to coming. Install is neat and tidy. Took about six hours start to finish.
Air Conditioning system Had multiple bids for addind A/C to my existing furnace did not realize how important proper size is.Dave explained the system so well we had no sought we were in good hands. Great job by the installers very clean and friendly. Really get the FAMILY feel.

Air conditioner Furnace Family is a great company to deal with. Buying an air conditioner kind of feels like buying a used car. Most companies insist on coming to your house to provide pricing information. This is where the high pressure sales pitch starts. Some companies are downright forceful. Installation of new furnace I called Furnace Family for a quotation on a new furnace and was pleased when the owner, Dareck Makowski, came personally. Dareck was very professional and knowledgeable and explained everything in a way I could understand. I found his quotation higher than I anticipated, so got a competitive quotation, which although lower, had not included several extra cost items. We will be definitely be selecting Furnace Family to supply and install our new furnace!
