RecommendedWe had our A/C installed last week. I brought a minor glitch to their attention on Tuesday and Jeff (who was awesome) came out before noon on Wednesday and rectified the issue. After service really is everything. We will be using Family Furnace for all of our heating and cooling needs!!!
RecommendedOur Dual Air Conditioning System was malfunctioning. When I called the service company that installed the unit, the owner was not cooperative, to say the least! I phoned Furnace Family for a service request, and their prices were very competitive. Aslo they were very polite, and provided me with a very prompt appointment. RecommendedThe level of service we experienced was exceptional. Dave the sales guy was honest and informative and ave us a great price. I actually was only looking for ac but ended up buying complete system. The guys that put it in were great and very thorough and did a reat job. If you need a furnace or ac these are the people to call. Every one was super nice !!
