Great service and communication. I emailed them on the weekend and got a callback first thing Monday morning. I like that some of the labour costs are included in the service call fee. Jerry took time to explain how we can make our furnace work more efficiently and saved us hundreds of dollars on a smart thermostat. Taryn went out of her way to get the parts covered by warranty. It's nice to know that there are honest companies who care about their customers!

I called Furnace Family for a quote on a new furnace for our townhouse and was very pleased when Dareck Makowski, owner of Furnace Family came to do it personally. I found that Dareck really knew his business and pointed out several things I was unaware of regarding the installation. A competitive quotation was lower, but missed several extra cost items. We will definitely go with Furnace Family!
My furnace stopped working in January. I called the Furnace Family and a technician came out within the hour. Turns out I needed to replace my 18 years old Furnace as the main circuit board was shot. The cost to repair didn't make sense. We had the Furnace Family install a new Furnace for us. They were prompt with getting things done and suggested cost effective options that made sense for our old home.
I purchased a brand new air conditioner and new heat pump. Installation was yesterday. Unfortunately it was installed with a few pieces missing (as reported by the wonderful service tech who came to look at it last night). I paid $10,770 to have it blow warm air instead of cold. Right now I'm waiting for Service. There's nothing that could make me recommend having this happen to someone else.
