Saved us from the cold! When our furnace broke down and left us in the cold, Jerry came out and did a quick replacement, including a tune-up that has the heating in our house better than it has in the 7 years we've lived here! Quick service, good price, excellent work, and kind, personable staff.
Furnace Maintenance and trouble shoot Gerry was very thorough and knowledgeable. I felt like we got great value for the service. Highly recommend the company.
Furnace I love their service!! I called to inquire, they answer all my questions I ended up getting my furnace with them. Their prices are very good and their customers service is awesome, they treated me like family. Thank you guys I will recommend you guys to all my friends and family.
Not impressed with tech Chandler! Tried to sell me a new furnace considering the furnace is not very old. Stated warranty from Carrier had run out; however, checked with another company then Carrier and he has misled me. Would never recommend or use Furnace Family in the future and I caution other consumers as well.
My two furnaces were replaced two years ago and I paid up front. This spring I had mold in my wall next to where the furnace exhaust leaves the house and warm and cold air meet. When I had a contractor come in to check there was no insulation between the wall and the outside wall. Furnace Family people didnt bother to put insulation there so when hot and cold met water leaked and mold formed. Greg came out to look and he said he would call me back but that was in May. I left a bad review after a bad experience with their install-which I paid in full before the work was done. The manager said he was reluctant to send his crew to complete the job they didn't finish. They refuse to answer my questions. Horrible. I should have hired Romaniuk.
They charge arm & a leg for service call & dbl for parts. If i need to get a plumber or someone for my water heater, they will not be called again, unless the part I paid for doesnt work under warranty.

This means that the furnace kept restarting during the heating cycle, causing wear and tear. it took the technician approximately an hour to identify the problem and the new part in.
