Totally recommend Romanissimo!! My family and I came in last night basically on a whim looking for food after St. Patrick's Day celebrations, and we we're so lucky to have found this place. Our server Fabio couldn't have been more friendly and helpful, and gave really great recommendations! The food was absolutely delicious!! Beautiful decor and atmosphere too! Definitely stop by if you're looking for great food in downtown SD!!

This is restaurant is so chic and fab! The food was absolutely incredible! Highly recommend the artichoke (best that I have ever had), the Bruchetta ala ricotta, olive tapenade and meatballs. The Alfredo pasta made at table side was beyond - so good! The service was exceptional and their staff were very attentive for our group of seven. I can't say enough good things about Romanissimo Cucina Italiana! From the moment I walked in, the warm and welcoming atmosphere set the tone for a fantastic dining experience. I started with the beef carpaccio, and it was perfection--thinly sliced, tender, and packed with flavor. The balance of the fresh arugula, shaved parmesan, and a drizzle of olive oil elevated every bite.
