We went on their first night of being opened! Since this buisness is new, they did overbook reservations on a busy dinner date night (Valentine's Day) so we didn't get seated until 45 minutes after our reservation time. We were slightly bummed by this delay but the food and environment made it worth it. Servers were super busy but everyone made sure we were taken care of. Our food came out extremely quick and was delicious! I got the crab-stuffed calamari pasta which was spectacular and my boyfriend got the Radiator pasta wi... read more

We recently visited with my husband and father-in-law, and we were absolutely blown away by the remodel--what a stunning transformation! My father-in-law lives nearby, and while we had fond memories of the old restaurant (Saltwater), this new concept is on an entirely different level. The ambiance instantly transported me back to Rome, and the food was nothing short of authentic Italian. Valentine's Day turned into Galentine's Day for us out it towners. It was hard to get reservations for dinner or one without a pre-fixe menu. But luckily we found one with early reservations available. The interior of the restaurant was slightly dark but our server quickly place a small lamp on the table giving us plenty of lighting.
