Went there expecting a very nice experience based on previous reviews. We sat outside and our waitress Maria, was very attentive and fun. First thing I noticed is that all prices increased vs what is on their website. I had the olive appetizer which was great. Asked about bread but apparently it is extra and nowhere's to be found on the menu. We had Saltimbocca alla Romana and Radiatori Al Sugo. The chicken dish was OK but the meatballs were horrible, couldn't cut them with a fork they were so dense and lacked any flav... read more
Wow what a disappointment after the yelp listing had 4.5 stars. Took some clients for dinner. Air conditioning broken...Nice waiter but he was overwhelmed so service was lacking. Had to hunt him down and ask for water/pepper/drinks etc multiple times. Ordered pizza bread from menu, "we don't have any". Brought regular bread- no butter or olive oil- had to ask. Ordered many dishes for 6 of us. Branzino tiny and overcooked. Octopus app good, oxtail meatballs fair, beef carpaccio good but tiny. Lamb chops $50+ but only 2! Seafo... read more
The service here was horrible! The server told us the chef was pissy tonight so he didn't want to ask him anymore questions. I asked if I can have the vongole with just clams, no mussels. He said NO! And I accepted that there were no accommodations to be made. When it came out there were no clams at all! The good thing was the server was aware that the chef did a crappy job and gave us only mussels which was not what was describe in the menu. The mussels had a very spoiled fishy smell and tasted like rotten fish. Let's hope... read more
Really disappointed first time here. Ordered the chicken saltimboca and the chicken tasted like a processed piece of chicken they unfroze and coated. Asked for linguine and got spaghetti which I had to drain the water off. This isn't real Italian food
If you are from the East Coast you are going to hate it here. Food is really bad. Pellegrino was the only good thing we ordered. Waitstaff was great.
The food wasn't goof here when it was Saltwater, still under the same ownership the food is terrible. Perhaps getting a kitchen staff that knows how to cook would help... This place is def a tourists trap. Locals know to avoid this place at all costs. My cousin and friend was visiting for my birthday and wanted to try it against my advice. Needless to say they were both unimpressed with the food and the bar tender. She was a total rude Betch.
What's the point of being open for Yelp waitlist if you're not honoring them? I totally understand being booked up, but the waitlist should not be open. Not even a sorry from the hostess.
The food was really mid I ordered the fettuccine Alfredo with chicken and it was really runny and didn't have much flavor until I doctored it up myself. My boyfriend ordered the lasagna and we both agree the he frozen version from Costco is better. Our drinks were canned and they were really flat and not really cold. This place is pretty expensive for the quality of the food. Our server was really sweet and attentive though I can't complain about that. The environment itself is nice but we were sat outside and i constantl... read more
Food was ok but giving a 2/5 cause the card was charged a higher amount than the actual bill+ tip. Not sure if they misread the tip
