SCAM ALERT! This place added 20% gratuity on my bill and never mentioned anything and then Had the suggested gratuity below it. I usually leave 20% or more and was about to just add the suggested amount when I realized it was added already. I was about to give gratuity twice!!! At least tell me when you bring the check or don't put a suggested gratuity on checks that you auto add gratuity! I don't like that, I'm sure lots of people get screwed here. Anyways NOT COOL. Also food was 3 star average. Not terrible not good.

Absolutely terrible experience I had one of the worst meals of my life at Romanissimo. The first dish came out with rice that was completely undercooked -- so raw it was crunchy. When I complained, the manager actually admitted the rice was undercooked and offered to bring me a pizza instead. It only got worse from there. The first pizza they brought wasn't even close to what I ordered, so they took it back and replaced it. The second pizza was technically the right one, but the taste was awful -- easily the worst pizza I'... read more

The food is lacking in flavor and is pretty expensive. They charge for bread! My kids lemonade and coke was $6!! I got the Parmesan wheel pasta which didn't have much flavor, the chicken that I had added was processed chicken chunks!! For the price it should taste way better. I wouldn't recommend this place

I recently came here and ordered the bruschetta, the goat cheese salad, the charcuterie tray, and the cacio e pepe. The bruschetta was actually good. It was the best thing that we had all day. Unfortunately, the goat cheese salad made the person I was with sick. And the cacio e pepe was just okay. I've had cacio e pepe in Rome, and this was no comparison. In addition, the ambiance was lacking tremendously. Our server felt hostile at times, was not warm and welcoming. And on top of that, they sat us at a table towards the fro... read more

I have NEVER been to a restaurant that charges you for bread. The server asked at the beginning if we wanted bread and I said yes, no mention of there being a charge for it. Ordered the charcuterie board, for $28 they can do a lot better on it. Olives had sliced almonds on them which was weird, the meat on it was less than desirable and cheeses were good but there was nothing sweet on it, ie fig jam, honeycomb, fruit so we asked if they had some fig jam and server brought it out and charged us $3 for a few tablespoons. There... read more

Tasteless food that was way overpriced. $14 in water to start the meal. $28 muscles/clams that were the smallest I have ever seen. $36 lobster ravioli that wasn't as good as store bought. Barely saw the waiter and waited 15 minutes after the plates were all cleared to get our check. Would never come back.

DO NOT EAT HERE! We came for a friend's birthday and Fabio (our waiter) absolutely ruined it for him. The second he introduced himself to us, we could immediately tell that he was annoyed and did not want to serve us. Every other table in this establishment got a complimentary bread basket, however, we did not receive one. We asked Fabio for this basket, and he later brought a bread dish with cheese that was not complimentary. He tried to tack items onto our bill, disgusting. In addition to this, he spent much more time at ... read more
