So happy to find Roof.net!!! We needed roof and siding repair recently. After contacting (literally) nine different roofing companies, only 3 bothered to reply / provide an estimate. One, which I choose not to name, wanted an upfront fee (and mostly non-refundable deposit) of $175 simply to look at the damage before even providing an estimate. Perfectionist!! Ken was there when no one else would respond. He thoroughly inspected the entire roof for wear, tear and damage. Ken made the right diagnosis and explained all work in detail (see his website, too, great stuff). He found wear and tear but also the root cause - improper satellite dish mounting too near a critical area (within 1 ft from a valley seam). Very Satisfied. Ken was very knowledgeable and has alot of experience in the roofing business. He was very professional and delivered 1st class service. Ken was on time for the scheduled appointment, gave me a very detailed estimate on what work needed to be done and was able to get a crew out the same day. The crew that came out was very fast. Superior Service!! I especially appreciated Ken coming to my home on a Sunday morning not long after I called. He was prompt, courteous and professional. In retrospect, I now realize because of my lack of knowledge about roofs, Ken could have easily taken me to the cleaners. I appreciated his honesty.
