Excellent Customer Service! Excellent customer service, communication, and work! Contacted Ken about repairing roof coping that had been badly damaged in previous storms due to heavy winds. His foreman stopped by that same day, and I received a reasonable estimate that evening. Ken walked me through the coping specs and what to expect with the removal and installation process. Reliable Excellent Service! The recent heavy rains in northern VA has shown another leak in my roof. So once again Ken came to the rescue to fix a leak on a different part of the roof. Ken and his crew were fast at responding and doing the needed repair work. A REAL LIFE SAVER! Absolutely fantastic customer service and workmanship. I am a realtor and had a urgent situation right before settlement. Best in the business. You do yourself a disservice by not choosing roof (dot) net. Ken is amazing. Quick turnaround and excellent service. I had a leaking skylight and we called Roof.net to see if they could come out and fix the problem. Two technicians came out and repaired the leak and also found some other problems and fixed those for us as well. They were very thorough and professional and it was a great experience. The turnaround was quick and we would use them again if we had any roof issues.

Roof.net were very good. They did the whole roof for us. The workers made sure to clean up after themselves. There were a couple of nails left but they cleaned up fine. Everything went great.
