Beyond my expectation! Exceptional company. Great work and very professional. Works with the customer. I called Roof.Net on a Friday evening at 7PM and on Saturday morning at 9AM, Ken met me at our house. He quickly diagnosed the issue and provided an estimate for the repairs. Best contractor I ever met! My realtor's office had some pretty good feedback on Roof.net when I reached out to her following pretty bad leaks that were caused to my roof following Hurricane Sandy winds affecting our area. Ken's response was swift and prompt. Met me at the house with some hi-tech cameras and showed me exactly where the scans indicated water entry. Could not be happier! Our roof had a small leak after a heavy rainstorm. Many roofers were booked, and one recommended Ken at Roof.net. He was able to fit the repair into his schedule as we were closing on sale of house and this needed to be done soon. The shingles arrived ahead of schedule and he did the repair one day earlier than had been scheduled. Also, he kept us informed of status of job and completion, which we appreciated. I would highly recommend this firm for roofing work.

Great Experience! Hi Ken, I just want you to know what a great job your crew did on our chimney and roof yesterday. Mario was a gentleman and we liked him very much, and his apprentice. I am happy with the chimney color match and it just looks solid. I went into the attic and I could tell how sound proof and water proof it was around the chimney. I loved working with Ken! I loved working with Ken! I got 5 quotes for roof replacement and/or repair. Ken is the only one that showed up with an instrument to test the water damage, if any, from the missing shingles on my roof. He made me feel as if I was a relative. As promised, his men showed up the next day to repair my roof and they did an excellent job. I would recommend Ken to anyone needing a new roof or roof repair job.
