Was immediately impressed with the professionalism of the website and equally pleased with the prompt roof repair estimate and personal service with which Ken handled the inspection and initial consultation. If that wasn't enough, the investment in proper equipment and technology to ensure a thorough job and the willingness to stand by their work for a full year makes me confident that pride and quality is part of this company's DNA.
Couldn't be happier! I had found Ken through the reviews on Yelp and called to get my roof repaired. He was the third contractor I called but the first to go out of his way to try and meet me as soon as possible as I had an open hole in my roof with a storm approaching the next day. I told him the situation with my roof vent and he explained to me what the problem was based on his experience and agreed to go ahead and begin repair. A pleasure to work with! Ken and his team are AMAZING. I called Ken and he responded immediately with a detailed scope of work and proposal. With only one days notice his team was at my home at the scheduled time and their work was completed at the estimated time which was wonderful as we were showing our home for sale that very day! The quality of their work is outstanding and they have my highest recommendation. Ken is so professional, knowledgeable and helpful that working with him is truly a pleasure.

Fair, Honest, Extremely Knowledgitble! Typically, I do not enjoy being asked to write a review for services because more times than not, the service provided is average and teeters between adequate and feeling like I owe the service provider a bonus for performing the duties they were hired to fulfill. 5 + Rated Service. Without question, Ken Briesemeister, and Roof.Net, were the most responsive and professional service company I have ever dealt with. I spoke with Ken in the morning and he was able to arrive early afternoon to inpect our roof outside. Trust me, you need to contact Ken for any and all roofing services, leak and siding repairs. Ken is also a great person. He gets 5++ stars from me.
Outstanding workmanship! Ken and his team did an outstanding job. A very satisfied customer, as I called one evening and he was out to our home the next morning. Excellent Service Throughout! Service was EXCELLENT! A company representative was very responsive and was out to our house the same day I called. He emailed me pictures of the damage to our roof, called me to discuss the damage, and followed up with a very thorough written proposal. Zero Pressure. Great Company! Ken was great to work with. I called him first thing in the morning and he showed up 2 hours later for an estimate. He was incredibly knowledgeable about everything related to roofing. I thought I only needed some shingles replaced, but Ken pointed out that one of my ridge vents was loose and the other was damaged and needed replacing. They were both installed incorrectly as well.
