Care a bout there residents!
I've lived in my community (Riverview Crossing) for over 22 years, before the park even opened, the week we got water. I (and my parents) were the 3rd residents here. 20 years later, Treehouse bought the place and it's been going downhill and they continue to raise the rent. For what reason? Beats the hell out of me. I agree, this management team is unprofessional and unhelpful! After an open house I was told that earnest money holds your spot for a property, yet the community manager at Grand Missouri, Terry Jeffries, didn’t hold up her end of the agreement until after having to play a recording of her exact words! She then proceeded to take our money, do a background check & verification to tell us we were rejected but had no clue why? Very poor management! Do not care about their parks! They never have an answer to your questions and or pass you around without an answer! Refuse to fix major repairs on the park , always told they have no money or they are on a financial freeze! Our maintenance man rides a 3 wheel bicycle because the management tell him they have no money to get him batteries for the cart! Sad , sad !! Treehouse is the most incompetent Management Company I have ever seen. They have no clue what they are doing and do not care at all about the residents. They are all about stealing our money so they can have lots of unnecessary employees and a fancy office building with expensive ammennities while there properties deteriorate. If you are looking at Blackstone Group housing managed by Treehouse Communities run the other way. You will save yourself a lot of grief
They are the worst management they do not care about their residents they do not fix anything in this park Skyhaven and refuse to follow the governor’s order that pools can be open . They do not address any issues brought to them and all we residents get are excuses!!! We have had so many managers in the past year that you can’t even remember their names . Hire people that actually know how to manage properties.
I’ve been waiting for over 2 months for a bill I submitted after my yard was torn up to fix a water leak. The work had been approved. I have paid the bill myself and have been told by these people the check is in the mail. It has never come. These people are totally dishonest. I’ve been a resident of Springdale Estates for over 17 years and I’m very angry
