My community was bought out by vineyards a year ago, since then we've only faced price raising and ridiculous rull changes. It is impossible to get ahold of anyone let alone get anything resolved. Calling the office multiple times, reaching out to multiple people within the company just to be ignored. If I could leave 0 stars I would.
RIDICULOUS HOW THE PEOPLE ARE TREATED. **** OF CLOVER HAS A DRUG ISSUE, SOMEONE RARELY IN OFFICE, NO MAINTENANCE AND ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO GET REQUESTS TAKEN SERIOUSLY FOR HELP.TOOK OVER 2 DAYS, TWO DAYS TO GET SEPTIC ON SCHEDULE TO HOPEFULLY GET SEPTIC PUMPED AND MANAGEMENT WHEN ASKED HOW SHE WOULD FEEL IF IT WERE HER CHILDREN WITHOUT CLEAN WATER TOLD ME SHE TECHNICALLY HAD 14 DAYS TO HANDLE THE SEPTIC. They are scammers! Crooks! Stay away from them! They will make you get rid of all of your outdoor belongings, charge you extra for everything, will ALWAYS side with management, and there is no way to contact them. STAY AWAY!

Quail Ridgein Northport, Country Manor which used to be ************* in ********** and Country Living aka *************** in ********** are property of VYM. All the mobile homes are in need of gutting, from the roof to the insulation in the floor. *** lived out there long enough to see 3 owners. I am a former resident of *********** Acres. I own my mobile home, but rent the lot it sits on. My family moved in May to a permanent home but have not been able to get in touch with management to transfer the lot fees and lease, despite trying since our offer on the house was accepted in April, and despite having a buyer ready to purchase my mobile home. I moved in Nov. 2022 to MHC and was told that repairs would be made to the trailer. I was pregnant at the time and did not want added stress so I was patient with all I have endured with maintenance requests, so much so my father was fixing things on the trailer due to non compliance from maintenance. No mailbox has ever been provided after several requests. I have made several complaints to the on-site office manager as well as to Ms Jamie B*****about neighbors who are constantly feeding a very large number of feral cats in the neighborhood. I can assure you that the manager has issued violations to the tenants who are feeding the cats and she has also reached out to animal control. Animal control cannot remove the cats. However, the manager is taking further actions against the tenants with continued violations.
