My community was bought out by vineyards a year ago, since then we've only faced price raising and ridiculous rull changes. It is impossible to get ahold of anyone let alone get anything resolved. Calling the office multiple times, reaching out to multiple people within the company just to be ignored. If I could leave 0 stars I would.

They are scammers! Crooks! Stay away from them! They will make you get rid of all of your outdoor belongings, charge you extra for everything, will ALWAYS side with management, and there is no way to contact them. STAY AWAY!

Quail Ridgein Northport, Country Manor which used to be ************* in ********** and Country Living aka *************** in ********** are property of VYM. All the mobile homes are in need of gutting, from the roof to the insulation in the floor. *** lived out there long enough to see 3 owners. I moved in Nov. 2022 to MHC and was told that repairs would be made to the trailer. I was pregnant at the time and did not want added stress so I was patient with all I have endured with maintenance requests, so much so my father was fixing things on the trailer due to non compliance from maintenance. No mailbox has ever been provided after several requests. I have made several complaints to the on-site office manager as well as to Ms Jamie B*****about neighbors who are constantly feeding a very large number of feral cats in the neighborhood. These animals have caused a considerable amount of damage to the underpinning of the trailer i live in as well as scratches all over my car.
