I have been living in my trailer for over a year, in that year I have had to deal with 5 different property managers. The first one took my deposit money in November 2020 and kept giving me the run around for 6 months before a 3rd property manager finally gave me a trailer(not even the trailer I originally signed a least for). They ran my credit AFTER the property was already unavailable, I asked for my application fee back since the home wasnt available and they didnt even take the money from my account until after I asked for the money back. Unsure why they would even run my credit for absolutely no reason, I would understand if the home was available. This is my first time trying to rent a home since I currently own my home, just wanted to be in a different area. So far this was an absolutely horrible experience, and scam. Hello Klorissa, I checked into this for you. I can see why you would be upset if we had run the application after telling you the home was unavailable. I found that you applied through our online application process and the application was denied due to background check. I believe this is why you were told it was unavailable. The application fee is automatically processed when you submit your application online, there must have been a delay in this charge hitting your account.
Do not rent or buy from this company. I moved into *********************** a little over 2 months ago. There are issues including bed bugs ,electrical and flooring problems that they told me they would fix but never did. When I found bed bugs and told them I was moving out I asked for my deposit back and they told me no. I had sparks shooting from my plugs was unable to use my stove and my floor was split in half. Don't rent or buy if this company is involved they bought a property that I have lived in for 6 years and its horrible. It has gone way down hill I feel like I am living in the slums. They hired a property manager that use to work there before for another company the other company let him go and this company brought him back and it is looking like their before pictures not to mention if you look at the job description of a property manager on their website the property managers do not do what is in the job description. I just purchased a trailer in one of Vineyard parks in May 2021. It was a fixer upper so I was working on it to were I could move into it. While working on it management pulled up in a screeching stop jumps out of his truck starts yelling n cussing telling me that I'm trespassing n no one is moving into this trailer until the back rent was paid. Company sends unsolicited emails to their residents in hopes of getting them to purchase services through Vivint, which is owned by one of their major investors. Additionally, they have allowed past and present managers to stalk and harass tenants, violated court stipulations and building codes regulations. I bought my home in 2019, signed a 5 year lease for my lot and yet they do not have a physical copy of the document on site or available nor have they provided me a title for my home.
