When I moved in Feb 2022, I thought it was going to be great since they were replacing all the old run-down trailers. I lived out of town when I applied and spoke to the property manager who no longer works there. I informed her of my situation and how I could not make it to town to view ir. She told me this place was BRANDNEW with no one ever living there. The office manager at **************** mobile home park *********** **. Is working and acting our of prejudice and impulse instead of professionalism. I've owned MY homes in the park for over 2 years and now all of a sudden she's telling Me the office is closed and they can't expect MY payment. I've reached our to Management *********************** and ****** **** but no one is telling me anything or trying to help resolve the Matter at the park.

Hello Keyett, Our offices did close on Friday at 1:00 pm in recognition of Good Friday. I believe this is the day you came to pay. This is the only time the office was closed outside or regular business hours. ***** and ****** could not accept your payment because of present status of your account. What I wanna know is how a company can keep charging me rent and upping the rent every yr when I'm still waiting after 5 yrs to get my bathroom ceiling fixed mold up and down the walls toilet falling threw the floor.but same excuses every mth still waiting for money to get it fixed got major water leak from the same bathroom that has jumped my water bill for 6 yrs no more then 60$ now for almost 3 yrs it's been over 130$ ..I'm so tired of this company..I shouldn't have to pay rent when your company can't even do its job..and... read more

Horrible. Have been waiting almost a full year for the title and bill of sale for the place I bought. We FINALLY got a bill of sale after threatening legal action, but the manager keeps setting meetings and then not showing up so we can get the rest of the paperwork. This has been an everyday occurrence for a week now. She is still not in the office after setting a meeting again. Do yourself a favor, and go somewhere else. They are also only enforcing rules for certain people in the park, not all of them.

I applied 2 weeks ago everything went through i saw where they had 2 units available soon as i appled and i was approved the manager told me they had no vacancies. Now that i am seeing all these bad reviews make me think they just collecting peoples ***** dollar application fees and if they collect enough then they dont have to rent nothing to nobody. This is so wrong of people.

Would not accept my application due to the background check and would not state a specific reason as to why. We have tried to call several times yet hear nothing back from vineyards. I have no history of any criminal charges or anything to do with the law. I was planning on paying cash for the trailer and have plenty of money to pay the 400 dollar monthly lot rent payment. Hello, I live at **** Springvale and my name is ************************* and I physically moved here on 11/26/22. I am disabled and have difficulty walking and I suffer from high anxiety and panic attacks. So you can imagine how I feel. I was locked out on Friday night because the mechanism in the lock was jammed and the screen doors latch became jammed as well. You can't make this up.
