I signed an lease with vineyard management back in March they kept sending me the wrong one which I shouldve took as a warning I didnt just wanted to get my baby and myself out of a bad situation. I just read where they don't want anyone to be homeless, I have been a resident for five years and I got behind a month and a half and she takes me to court where I missed the court date because of everything that's going on. I am a resident at ************************* in ******** IN. My HVAC unit stopped working on Sept. 3rd, 2022. As of today (Oct. 6th), my unit still is not working. This company refuses to refund me my money and left me and my infant child homeless. Had a trailer available that was never fixed on and was given the run around on when I would be able to move in. I will be pursuing legal action. They have withheld my money for about two months now. No one will tell me when I will get it and no one will respond to any text, calls, or emails. We had no issues with our park community until this business took over. We paid our rent on time every month but they take multiple days to even pull it from your bank. we still had money waiting to be taken after we had paid and received a payment confirmation. They then tagged a late fee on top of it paying a ridiculous fee amount and will not even refund us for THEIR DOING. Not to mention, they tell you things you cant have in your yard but the other people in your park have C*** vehicles and other objects all over.

I have been living in PineView for just about 7 months. In this time period my ac unit has gone out about 7 times. (Its out now) I have a 4 year old child and summer days in SC reach 90 degrees and above.
