Great team to work with this is my fourth loan with PennyMac.
Friendly, knowledgeable, and fast.
Rosario needs to be more communicative, I had to repetitively call and ask for things to be done or checked.Her lack of knowledge and communication with her tean almost forced us out of escrow on day 24, yes i said DAY 24 OF ESCROW.She also likes to speak poorly of customers/clients when she thinks they can no longer hear her. She does not live up to the values of any lender or mortgage company. Also super hard to get ahold of and never "in the office".
Overall great experience
Rosario always answered the phone when I called and helped me step by step through the process. Rosario was friendly, patient and accommodating throughout.

Rosario and Layal are consument professionals. They called to check in constantly and assisted me through every step. They are loyal to the customer and provided every assistance to close the loan. Rosario was on vacation the first ten days of my loan application. I’m not sure why I was paired with someone who was not available. When she came back, it often took 2+ days to get an email response. Most of my answers came from calling in and speaking to other reps. I have had a loan and a refi with penny Mac before.
