As a first time buyer I had lot of doubts regarding the process and Rosario was always helpful to me with all my questions and got my loan closing done within the timeframe without any hurdles.
Everything went as expected
I did not have much interaction with Rosario as she was out of the office for most of my timeline. However I had major issues towards the end of the process and no one was getting back to me. I almost changed lenders 5 days before my closing date, that is how frustrating it was. I am completely disappointed in PennyMac and the service I received!

Nicki from the start of my application made me know I would be happy with the out come with getting my mortgage through Pennymac. Then my next person of contact was Rosario and she too was great and when she went on vacation I wasn't left hanging in the wind because Leslie was sure to let me know if I needed any help while Rosario was vacation she was there to help me with any assistance I needed.
