Really superior service and communication. Anytime I had a question during the process it was answered effectively and in a timely fashion. There were some hiccups along the way. I repeatedly pointed out closing documents and estimates were not accurate. Pravik, attempted to dishonor his agreement. However, in the end Everyone came together and resolved all the issues, all agreements were honored, the overall experience was easy and fast. We closed on time and I love my home. Rosario was extremely pleasant to work with and she made it look easy.
Communications were not what I expected them to be. I understand that there is a tiered process that includes different teams at different stages of said process. I do not feel that communications were being understood or being taken seriously when I had questions.
