Rosario was amazing. Clear communication and i really felt like she went the extra mile for me.
Rosario provided clear expectations at the beginning, so I knew from start what to expect. She kept line of communication open and contacted at least once a week to provide an update and where we were standing with loan application.
Everything was great up until closing. Closing communications broke down between PennyMac & closing company, which resulted in closing being delayed for 3 days! My realtor had to call PennyMac to ask what was going on. Was stressful because we were staying in a hotel with my 90 year old mother & dog!
