Clear, precise, accurate info
If I had to do the process over again, I would not use PennyMac. I was confused a majority of the time. I feel my a lot of things were not explained clearly explained. I had difficulty getting items done. My old PennyMac account kept coming up instead of my new PennyMac loan; it was confusing. I also don’t understand why my new loan is so much higher than my previous loan. I’m not happy with my loan outcome. Savitri Hartwell
