Our experience was a nightmare. We almost didn’t close on time. None of the Penny Mac people were responsive. We have begun the process to make a complaint to the VA and BBB about our experience. It was nothing short of terrible.
The beginning half of this home purchase was amazing due to Loan Officer Jessie Adams. She is incredibly personal, sincere and hard working. The back half of this experience was abysmal, partially due to the VA under valuing the home. Rosario never provided clear instructions as to exactly what was needed for closing, the documentation was incorrect several times and needed to be corrected and lastly I got the unexpected surprise of needing to come up with an additional $3K at closing due to an error on PennyMAC's part.
