Considering we were going through the COVID-19 the process went really smooth!
Great customer service and a very smooth process.
The process was simple and straightforward, and our contact with the company was very good to work with.
The PennyMac tools to post documents definitely needs improving as there is no way to see all everything posted, also the system often did not post documents the first time. The final closing person I dealt with was not very responsive to me directly, but was to my agent and this did slow things. If anything PennyMac needs to better organize the internal process to make it better for both sides and remove the 500 character limit on providing feedback here.
We loved working with PennyMac Loan Services! They had an amazing interest rate, reliable workers, and excellent communication! They were prompt, efficient, and able to answer questions with helpful and meaningful answers. Thank you!

The team work and communication between penny mac services and me was terrible I.even got my realtor involved to try and hit time and guide me more through what can be done because the lack of communication with the penny mac agent assign to me. Even had to take complaints to her boss to finally get thing resolved.
