If you like true Chicago style deep dish pizza - this is the place for you! The seasoned tomatoes on top are just divine. Lots of cheese and lots of meat (we only ordered two toppings of meat and it was more than enough). Also, a 10" pizza will truly feed 4. It is 6 huge pieces and unless you have a teenage boy - it will be enough! The crust was a little over done the second time we ordered it, but it was still excellent. I don't feel right about leaving a review for pizza places because pizza comes in so many different shapes and sizes and everyone has different preferences. That said, I thought the pizza was pretty good. Great cheese to sauce ratios. We got the sausage pizza and the spinach alfredo with bacon on it. I'm not the biggest fan of bacon, but they knocked it out of the park... The bacon was so good and fresh. The dough... not the best. I'm a pizza snob. I've lived in Colorado since 2007 and up until I found Rosati's, I haven't found a place that stands out to me like I had prior to moving to Castle Rock, which being a smaller city had limited pizza options. Now we live in Westminster, so the hunt started again. I've found several places that do have good pizza, but not outstanding, until I round Rosati's. Good pizza. I would put it above other take out pizza places, like Dominos or Pizza Hut. Thin crust is great.

We bought 2 dough balls to prep at home. I have strict dietary needs so it's sometimes a must. We used these to make our version of pizza and cinnamon knots. The pizza was fantastic. Super thin and crispy. Delicious. However the knots were too crunchy. Definitely will be back for dough but will have to find a different dessert. People were polite but we had to wait 20 mins just for dough balls. It was a bit of a pain.
