Being from Chicago I am a pizza snob. I now live in Colorado and my head about snapped off when we drove past this Rosati’s yesterday! Had no idea Rosati’s was in Colorado! So of course in we went. I got lotsa pizza and invited the whole family over for this treat. Everybody gave it a thumbs up. We were afraid that it might taste different out here but it was delicious! Thanks Louisville Rosati’s! Yum.
I bought a 10” Chicago deep-dish pizza from Rossati’s in Lafayette and it was very good. I grew up in Chicago so I wasn’t expecting much but I was pleasantly surprised. This was a well-balanced pizza, not too much cheese (something armatures do is add more cheese and skimp on then other ingredients), enough sauce, plenty of sausage, pepperoni, and mushrooms. It was like being in Chicago. I highly recommend Rossati’s if you’re looking for a real Chicago style deep-dish pizza.
