We've ordered delivery from here via Grubhub several times and always got good food and good service. They have an unusual but tasty deep dish pizza, whose claim to fame is that it is baked for over 40 minutes; it has a thick crust and an unusually large amount of chunky tomato sauce. My favorite dishes here are the Mostaccioli (a kind of baked penne with marinara and cheese) and the Caesar salad.

Update to my previous review. I've eaten here a couple times since my last post. I had a minor criticism last time about the sauce (otherwise liked the pizza), but since then it's been right every time. A very important addendum - their pizza eats well cold. I love pizza for breakfast. Us Chicago-to-Colorado relocators are fortunate to have serious Chicago tavern-style pizza out here! Thank you Rosati's. Recommended.

I love Chicago's Italian Beef sandwiches and was excited to learn about a Rosati's in Louisville. We liked the sandwiches- beef was perfectly seasoned, but the bread was a little stale/seemed microwaved. And we wished we asked for more au jus! We also enjoyed the breaded mushrooms and Caesar salad. Online ordering was easy and food was ready when I arrived. Appreciated the contactless pickup.
