Best pizza around. First had it in Tucson and I'm so glad that is is now in the area. My favorite is the pepperoni and sausage.

I had the thin pizza at a different Rosati's and wasn't overly impressed, so I decided to try the Chicken Parmigiana Pasta from the Louisville location. The chicken was well-cooked and very tasty, not at all rubbery as can happen at some places. The breading wasn't over-powering and flavor balance was excellent. I wasn't as big a fan of the pasta. The fettuccine noodles were perfectly done but the marinara sauce didn't have the tomato flavor I was expecting and had too many diced onions for my taste. Of course marinara sau... read more

I lived in Chicago for 10 years. While plenty of solid pizza options in Boulder/Louisville area, there is nothing quite like Chicago-style pizza and Italian beef. The Italian Beef I tried on my first visit here was a homerun. Melted cheese and hot peppers - just like I used to get at some of my favorite south-side locations. Ownership is from Chicago and clearly passionate about bringing the influences of their life to our area. Can't wait to come back.

I decided to try Rosati's in spite of the up and down reviews from my fellow Yelpers. I ordered a 10 inch deep dish pie with mushrooms, peppers, ground beef and onions. It arrived about 15 minutes earlier than forecast but early is better than late. In picture number 1 you see the pizza wrapped in plastic, that is the first time I had seen that. For some reason in spite of the wrapping and the cardboard box and early delivery it was room temperature. I threw it in the oven for a few minutes because cold or hot pizza is goo... read more

I don't know how this place only has 3.5 stars. The pizza and wings are incredible. I've had Chicago deep dish pizzas before and none compare. The sauce was so flavorful. The wings were perfectly cooked and we loved the sauce. It's a must try.
