I drive by this place a lot and even stop next door for coffee, but haven't paid too much mind. I was randomly craving pizza and I'm so happy I gave this place a shot. I tried the deep dish and am so glad I did. The cheese is absolutely amazing! I do agree the sauce could use a little more kick and spice to it, as it wasn't killer. I also tried the cinnamon sticks and I have to say, I'm in love! They are like little funnel cakes and had a nice crisp and texture, I would happily just go for those little suckers. Wow, I don't write too many reviews but I really loved the total experience with Rosati's. Ordered curbside pickup over the phone and was told about 35 minutes. Arrived a couple minutes early and called to let them know I was out front. They were just cutting my pizza and it was brought out within a minute. Got it home and first thing I noticed was the high quality box. The pizza had a plastic spacer in the middle and a layer of thin wrap over the cheese to keep it from sticking to the cardboard. It's genuinely upsetting that I've lived in Lafayette for years and I've not known about this gem. We ordered wings, jalapeno poppers and a "Monster" pizza cause ya know, quarantine diet reigns supreme. Everything we ordered came correctly and was delicious! I fully expected the poppers to be soggy and underwhelming; I was surprised that they were not. The wings were delicious and nice and crispy (hard to do with delivery wings) We will be regular customers moving forward!
