We had ordered $55 worth of pizza. The "large" 16inch pan which was $30 came with only cheese. I nicely call and talked to the manager on duty who was nice and let me know he'd put a free pizza under my next order. I worked in a pizza restaurant and that didn't seem far fetched so I believed him. Tonight I when to order and remembered I had a free pizza so I called. They lady manager was such a nasty person. RecommendedThis was the worse beef sandwich I ever had from there snd I asked twice for the sweet peppers and the brown sugar on the side and they forgot it again.
We used to order these cheesy beef sandwiches all the time so this last time we ordered even though they are 2 dollars more now we wanted to get some well the came and are not only costing 10$ a sandwich now but are mora than half the size they used to be won’t be riding them anymore and the au juice they sent wasn’t even enough for all the sandwiches crazy maybe new management but not worth the money don’t go here

Hi Tina, thank you for your message, We are disappointed to hear you were unhappy with your food. You are correct, the Cheef sandwich did go up in price by $1, as did all of our sandwiches. However, our portion sizes have remained unchanged. Both the Italian Beef and au jus are weighed and the sandwich bread is cut to the same size it always has been. I ordered the Rosati’s Sub. 6” for $12.99. The meat and cheese were barely noticeable. Not a good value and definitely overpriced. My second disappointing sandwich.
All the food came cold so I had to reheat everything and also it was more than an hour for delivery !
48.00 plus delivery tip for a 18inch 3 topping pizza that was doughy..never again!

Ordered small meat lasagna- call in not ready and they did large no meat and center was cold. Been told the santan valley location is under changes .. but never been a good location hopefully they improve.
