Part of our order was ready and they told me it was all there after an hour wait. Which I understand the initial wait but then I checked the bag and two appetizers were missing ended up having to wait another 20 minutes. As I sat there waiting…The pizza part of the kitchen seemed to have it together but the others seemed to be struggling. Staff in the kitchen didn’t have their hair contained or aprons on they were touching food without gloves. Wiping their hands on their clothing.
Ordered meat balls with order, No meat balls when I got home, bad GM’s solution on the phone, will not go back!
it was like a well oiled machine, except that machine was a water pump and everything was awful. let's just assume everyone was new and call it a day

After our food came out and we took a bite, both my husband and I realized our lasagna was ice cold on the inside. They took them both and reheated it and then I found tin foil deep inside the layers of the noodles of mine. Very disappointed. They used to be so good.

The service was great, Pizzas out right on time. The only thing though, the pizzas were horrible. I ordered from them many times, never this bad, in fact, I ordered from there a couple of months ago, it was great. I ordered three for the Superbowl, I was embarrassed to serve them. The stuffed pizzas where all dough. I might as well have eaten a loaf of bread. I am from Chicago and have eaten stuffed pizzas for about 50 years. Never this bad.

This is not at all like Rosatis pizza should be! The crust was terrible, the sauce was not good,the sausage sucked I can say this cause I come from niles Illinois and had the original for years! You need to learn from the store on Warner and McQueen This pizza was not cooked all the way as well try again

I’m from Chicago burbs attended rosatis establishment many time in 30 years .. the food was always fresh there Italian beefs and sausages were to die for .. there spaghetti and sauce was vey good .. your spaghetti was disappointing and your sauce was like out of the can .. meat balls were ok although I ordered sausage and they called after I ordered and said you were out of sausage ..lol anyway I don’t think your from Chicago because your food isn’t like I’ve had in the past .. it needs work ..
