it seems like the last few times over ordered from this place they either get it wrong or it's missing stuff. I always order extra extra bread and they send a regular order just cut into smaller pieces. or I'll order extra icing for the dessert I always get and they don't even send one let alone an extra.

we ordered a deep dish pizza and got a thin crust pizza with fat edges. the dough was way over baked (black) and nearly inedible.

When the order is made right, the food is good. But it’s hit or miss. And delivery rarely happens on time. Tonight, for instance, it’s 30 minutes late so far. And when calling to get an ETA, one isn’t able to be given.

I’ve ordered from the San tan Rosati’s 4 times. And every single time they have gotten my order wrong. I’ve given up on ordering from them. I don’t know why they can’t get it right.

The cheese was off the pizza upon arrival. The crust was so paper thin I had to scrap it off the box and it was covered in what appeared to be watered down sauce. There was no chicken on my salad that comes with chicken and in said salad was a tomato that had mold on it. Also the noodles in the salad were not cooked. Ridiculous place.

Missing part of our order. Did not get the missing food for over an hour and we live only 5 minutes away. When we called to report the missing food I was put on hold for 10 minutes the first time and on hold a second time for 5 minutes. We will not be customers again

The crust was burnt and so were my whole order of onion rings. The lettuce in my salad was brown. After spending a lot of money,I was very disappointed. I will not be ordering from Rosatis again!!!
